Terms of Service
Effective from 2026-09-22
These terms govern the use of AI First Matrix (the "Service"), provided by Archer Futura Technologies AB, org. no. [org number not set], [address not set], Sweden ("we", "us"). By using the Service you accept them. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may bind that company.
1. What the Service is
The Service measures how far a company has moved from using AI tools to running its business on AI, on a 0–100 index with five levels. It consists of:
- Public tools: the Quick Scan and the Opportunity Map, which anyone may use free of charge, and which keep your entries in your own browser.
- Assessments: a verified assessment carried out by our assessors under a separate written agreement with the client company, including the Workforce Pulse (an anonymous employee survey), the review of usage data from the client's AI tools, and a written report.
- The assessor workspace: the part of the Service used by our assessors and administrators. Access is by invitation only.
The assessment method, the indicators, the anchors, the instruments and the benchmark references are ours. We revise them over time; the version used in an assessment is recorded in the report.
2. Nature of the results
An index score, a level, a Quick Scan result, an opportunity estimate or a roadmap is an assessment based on the information available to us at the time and on a method that is still being validated. It is not legal, financial, investment, employment or tax advice, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome. Opportunity figures are estimates of capacity, not promised savings. Public reference points are taken from third-party studies whose grading and limitations are stated with them.
You remain responsible for decisions you take on the basis of the results.
3. Accounts
Accounts in the assessor workspace are personal. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, and tell us at once if you believe an account has been misused. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that puts client data at risk.
Creating an account does not by itself give access to any client's data; access is granted per person by an administrator.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the Service to assess a company without authority to do so, or enter another person's data without a lawful basis;
- attempt to identify individual respondents to a Workforce Pulse, or to re-identify aggregated usage data;
- probe, scan, overload or interfere with the Service, or circumvent its access controls;
- copy, resell or build a competing service on the method, the instruments or the benchmark data.
5. Your data, our method
You keep all rights in the information you enter and the documents you provide. You grant us the right to process it to deliver the Service and, where a client has agreed in writing, to add the client's anonymised final result to our benchmark base. We keep all rights in the Service, the method and the aggregated, anonymised benchmark data.
6. Confidentiality
Information a client gives us for an assessment is confidential. We use it only to carry out the assessment and to produce the report, and we disclose it only to the people who need it for that purpose, or where the law requires. The written agreement for an assessment may set out further terms; where it does, it takes precedence.
7. Data protection
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on a client's behalf during an assessment, a data processing agreement forms part of the assessment agreement.
8. Availability and changes
We provide the public tools as they are and may change, suspend or withdraw them at any time. We aim to keep the assessor workspace available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change these terms; the version in force is published on this page with its effective date, and material changes to the terms for an ongoing assessment are agreed with the client in writing.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business arising from the use of the Service. For the public tools, which are free, our total liability is limited to SEK 10 000. For an assessment, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for that assessment, unless the assessment agreement says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.
If you use the public tools as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
10. Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You may stop using the public tools at any time and ask us to close your account. Sections 2, 5, 6, 9 and 11 continue to apply after termination.
11. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law governs these terms. Disputes are settled by the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law gives you the right to another forum. A consumer may also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or use the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
